Comments: AVS provided excellent service, suggesting stairlift equipment that turned out to be perfectly suited for our house... steep, narrow stairs with a an entrance into our sunroom at the bottom. They kept me informed throughout the process of where the project and I was especially impressed with their installation team who made sure that everything was functioning well and my elderly mom had no trouble using her new stairlift.

Frank is primarily who I dealt with was professional throughout this trying process. Comments: The chair lift has a problem and did not work as advertised from the beginning. The key switch cylinder slipped out when the installers were setting the chair up, I again had trouble trying to get the chair to operate . The switch was by-passed and the chair operates but is left on and emits a series of beeps periodically. I think it will work fine, but do not feel I should pay for this repair. The warranty should have covered it.
